Requirements:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in account management within the IT sector (experience in a software house environment is a plus)
- Proven success in managing relationships with international clients (USA, Western Europe)
- English proficiency at C1 level, Fluent Polish
- Demonstrated independence and proactive approach to daily tasks
- In-depth knowledge of the IT market
Responsibilities:
- Gain a profound understanding of client's business goals, plans, and requirements.
- Actively participate in onboarding, workshops, demo sessions, and other pivotal client meetings.
- Organize and lead regular meetings to foster relationships and gather valuable feedback from clients.
- Conduct regular CSAT and NPS surveys, and skillfully analyze the results.
- Supervise the invoicing process and diligently monitor client payments.
- Draft contracts, addendums, orders, and other essential documents.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure optimal alignment of talents with client projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and insights on sales and marketing strategies.
- Fine-tune the ideal client profile based on experiences and interactions.
- Lead negotiations on cooperation terms with clients.
- Cultivate long-term relationships through effective communication, precise information delivery, and the creation of positive client experiences.
- Organize and conduct periodic meetings with clients at their locations.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators for sales and customer service roles.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data entered into the CRM system.
- Systematically analyze market trends, client opinions, and feedback.
Compensation:
Competitive salary range: PLN 13,000 - 15,000 net + VAT | B2B + commission system, to be determined during the application process.
