Join Our Team as a Senior Business Development Manager - USA Focus!

Are you an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record of driving growth and building strategic partnerships? Our client is actively seeking a dynamic individual to join their management team and lead their business expansion efforts with a focus on the USA.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating efforts with the Head of Marketing to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales goals.
- Collaborating closely with the CEO to ensure business development strategies align with overall company objectives.
- Meeting established sales quotas and KPIs such as revenue, profit margins.
- Expanding the business reach within US market.
- Driving the entire sales process, from lead generation and acquisition to managing and developing existing customer relationships.
- Identifying new business opportunities through proactive outbound initiatives, and adeptly converting leads generated by marketing efforts.
- Crafting compelling commercial proposals and taking the lead in negotiations to establish long-lasting, value-driven business partnerships.
- Serving as a trusted business consultant, nurturing existing client relationships and consistently delivering superior customer experiences.

Skills & requirements: 

- We’re seeking someone with at least five years in the IT software sales (e.g. software consultancy, dev shop) , where you’ve had a direct hand in growing revenue.
- You should have a proven track record in a hunter-style sales role, focused on identifying and pursuing prospects, securing deals, and over time, strategically growing and expanding these accounts.
- You’ve got a proven record of building an opportunity pipeline through proactive strategies like market research, networking, and referral generation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot and outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Woodpecker is required.
- You should have a solid network within the industry and have a knack for forming robust connections within client accounts.
- You’ve been around the block when it comes to strategic planning, with experience in creating and implementing strategic sales plans and forecasting sales performance.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum of a C1 level is a must. Any extra languages you speak are a bonus. 
- We are primarily looking for people from the United States (preferably California) or people who are open to frequent travel to the US. 

200-240k USD annually + bonuses
20 days of paid holidays
