We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Java Developer who is located in Poland.
Our client strives to service the global economy by providing solutions to its clients in financing, flow banking (trade finance and cash management), financial advisory (M&A, project finance), global markets (interest rates, credit, foreign exchange, equity derivatives), risk management, and securities services.
Responsibilities:
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support).
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Perform UI tests to optimize performance.
• Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications.
• Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server.
• Gather and address technical and design requirements.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Backend developer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).
• Hands on experience with programming languages like Java, Ruby, PHP and Python.
• Working knowledge of CMS framework.
• Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript and CSS).
• Familiar with these systems' programming languages. Python, Java, . NET, Haskell, Clojure, Structured Query Language (SQL).
