Job Description: 

We are currently seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their dynamic team. We're looking for people from Poland! 

As an SRE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems across the global infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of services.
• Address high-severity incidents and provide incident response and post-mortem analysis.
• Work with software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.
• Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency.
• Strive to improve operational practices to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for key systems and processes for clarity and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues across the entire stack - hardware, software, application, and network.
• Influence and create new designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems.
• Engage in service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering, design, and architecture.
• Familiarity with running web services at scale; understanding of Unix systems internals and networking.
• Experience with systems and IT operations - comfortable with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment.
• Solid grasp of automation tools and experience with scripting languages.
• Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies.
• Ability to handle periodic on-call duty as well as out-of-band requests.
