Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical leadership to project teams to ensure the development of highly scalable and reliable software.
- Empowering teams to plan, deliver, and maintain products that align with business and stakeholder expectations.
- Taking ownership of project execution and coaching team members.
- Ensuring top-tier incident response quality, observability, availability, and product delivery.
Required Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in an SRE role, DevOps Engineer, Systems Administrator, or a related field.
- Proficiency in implementing, training, and sharing knowledge about Google SRE principles and incident management and response systems.
- Familiarity and willingness to implement CI&CD practices.
- Experience collaborating with major cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Understanding of security techniques and patterns, including those relevant to cloud environments.
- Polish language at the native level, English communicative is a must!
